A strong reminder would be that “Lincoln led our nation in a civil war in rejection of the very idea that a Sanctuary Southern Country would exist in the United States Of America!” That Civil War killed 670,000, and is Equivalent to 13,200,000 in today’s population. Of course President Lincoln was also killed.
All Congress should have their plush salaries and other perks cut to ZERO. None of those cuts “should ever be recovered.” just like millions of America’s workers and small businesses are without any income and little hope of getting any. However, our politicians suffer not one stitch, “as they still grandly suck from the battered and beleaguered taxpayers trough!” They are leading by example, right? Simply put, they need some skin in this horrible shutdown game. It is excruciatingly painful to watch them pontificate on TV, in glaring words of meaningless blather. Meanwhile, our President takes no salary, and he fights voraciously and pushes ahead by examples. It’s plain to see, Trump has all his skin in this game, as he battles for America!
