As a woman back in 1972 I did not have to register for the draft. I see thousands of trolls attacking Trump accusing him of dodging the draft. I remember the vast majority of the males in my high school signed up for college to get deferements. Nobody in 1972 wanted to go to Vietnam. When I got to college, most of my classmates were returning vets and they were messed up. Used to have a guy OD fall out of his chair and then lecture would go on as if nothing happened. How do you fight the label draft dodger? My neighbor fled to Canada. Even my WWII signal corps dad supported him because we all felt Vietnam was a war pushed on us by war mongers.
