It's the New York Senate Assembly Bill A99, this is a very disturbing things in it, I highly suggest reading, especially if you have school age children. The lady in the video says that there are other states doing the same thing so I'm going to look further into it and verify it, but we at least know for sure that NY is trying to do it now.
