Daily blessings and prayers from Scripture.

Proverbs 3:11-12 When the Lord corrects you, my son, pay close attention and take it as a warning. The Lord corrects those He loves, as parents correct a child of whom they are proud.

1 Samuel 12:20 "Do not be afraid," Samuel replied [to the people of Israel]. "You have done all this evil; yet do not turn away from the LORD, but serve the LORD with all your heart."

Exodus 33:15,16  Then Moses said to him, 'If Your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here.' What else will distinguish...Your people from all the other people on the face of the earth?

2 Timothy 2:4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.

Matthew 6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

1 Peter 5:6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that He may lift you up in due time.

May you know that the Lord will be with you as you turn your efforts and give your time to building the spiritual house of God, to preparing your heart and turning your thoughts to the work of the Lord, to equipping His people and building up the body of Christ, seeking first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and then you will harvest much from what you plant, you will eat and drink your fill with enough for others, the cold will not touch you and your wages will meet your needs and be a blessing to others. Haggai 1, Matthew 6, Luke 12

May you be strong in working as the Lord directs, for He will be with you as you follow His Spirit in obedience and do not fear. Haggai 2

May you look forward to the day when the kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of the Lord and of His Christ, where He will reign forever and forever. Revelation 11

May you give thanks to the Lord God Almighty, the One Who is and Who was, because He has taken His great power and has begun to reign. Revelation 11

May you rejoice when the time comes for judging the dead and for rewarding His servants the prophets and His saints and those who reverence His name, both small and great, and for destroying those who destroy the earth. Revelation 11

Walk in faith before Me, turning not to the right or the left. Dwell in My Word, so that you may, indeed, walk in My faith. Abide in My Spirit and see how My faith springs up within you.

Realize that this cannot be done by your understanding, or through thoughtful consideration, or because of careful study. It is the result of surrender, yielding, confessing the impossibility of achieving it through the means you have available to you, admitting that you are not, can not, and will not, be able to work it up from within or pull it down from heaven above.

It is My gift to you, given in grace, because I love you. I have prepared for every need you will have, and provided for every situation you will encounter. It is My pleasure to give good gifts to My children, equipping each one for the path I have assigned.

Trust in Me; turn to Me; learn of Me; lean on Me. I will never fail you or abandon you, for you are My child, whom I will always love with an everlasting love – in that, you can have faith.

May you understand that the Lord has searched you and knows you, perceiving your thoughts from afar and discerning your sitting and standing, your travels and your rest, and is familiar with all your motives and choices, thoroughly aware of each word before you even say it, and knowing all that you choose not to say when you have to bite your tongue, for He has you hemmed in, surrounded, and His hand of blessing is laid upon you to preserve, protect, and defend you. Psalm 139

May you take comfort in the assurance that you cannot end up in a place that is devoid of the Spirit of God, for wherever you go, there He is, and His hand will guide you, and His strength will support you, making even the darkness that threatens your thoughts to shine like the day because of His presence. Psalm 139

May you praise Him for you have been remarkably and awesomely made by the Lord as He created your mind and your heart and then wove a body in your mother's womb to contain your soul, and all the days ordained for you are written in His book even before the first one came to be. Psalm 139

May you value and treasure the precious counsels of God concerning you and your well-being, for as amazing as His deeds are, they are based on and take form from His thoughts and intents, His will and His merciful compassion towards you. Psalm 139

May you welcome and invite the Lord to search you and know your heart, testing you and knowing your concerns and anxious thoughts, for by your choice, He can point out anything that will be hurtful to you, leading you in the steps that will distance you from it and bring you into the way that endures through the ages. Psalm 139
