The Declaration of Independence
of The American People
Excerpts taken from the Original Declaration of Independence
“When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for the people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with” their overlords, “they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation from” the communist government in Washington, D.C.
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government.” Americans “are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations” occur, “it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government.”—“Such has been the patient sufferance of” the American people; “and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter the” present form of Government. The recent events of the present administration “is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.”
• Readmission to the resource draining, economy debilitating Paris Accord.
• Opening of the southern border to criminals and terrorists while causing a humanitarian crisis by the inability to process record immigrants.
• Borrowing extreme amounts of fiat money that will never be paid back causing the devaluation of said money and causing the collapse of the economy of all states.
• Forbidding the states to regulate or reduce taxes on the people.
• Imposing restrictions on the general public without any empirical or scientific evidence that masks, social distancing or shutdowns will curb a politicized virus.
• Instilling fear in the general public and then pressuring them to accept a dangerous experimental DNA altering therapy under the cloak of “vaccines” when safe treatments are readily available.
• Instituting legislation that allows and encourages voting fraud which destroys self government.
• Development of legislation to severely restrict the Constitutional right to bear arms.
• Using police state tactics to suppress free speech.
• Encouragement of businesses that censor free speech and impose restrictions on opposing views.
In every case, the attempts to address these issues have been met with lies, suppression of the truth and intimidation. We have appealed to justice and to our common kindred to no avail. As they have been deaf to our appeals for justice, we must, therefore, by necessity hold them as Enemies in War.
We, therefore, the American people, do hereby declare that our rights are God given rights that we will not surrender and we mutually pledge to support the Constitution of The United States with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, Almighty God.
