Devotional Thought:

In my devotions for today I read this passage: ". . . all of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because God is opposed to the proud, but He gives grace to the humble." - 1 Peter 5:5 Humbleness is a characteristic, many, even believers DO NOT emulate, but it should be one of THE MOST emulated characteristics we should live out. Without a humble heart TRUTH can not penetrate a prideful soul. Most of what we are experiencing in this world today is due to pride and arrogance which leads to much evil.

A fascinating "between the lines" possibility about this verse is the phrase "clothe yourself." What do you think Peter may have been referring to?

Devotional Thought:
In my devotions this morning, I read this admonishment and thought it was a good one for all who follow Christ.

"As each one has received a gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the multifaceted grace of God." ~ 1 Peter 4:10

Serving one another is easy when the "service" is prestigious or attracts the applause of an audience. Serving one another becomes more real when it is hidden from the view of others. Jesus said, "Take care not to practice your righteousness in the sight of people, to be noticed by them; otherwise you have no reward with your Father who is in heaven." ~ Matthew 6:1 - Taken from "31 ways to be A 'One Another' Christian" - Dr. Stuart Scott & S. As the control and false information in relation to the COVID fiasco continues, many don't realize that the path to accept the mark of the beast is being laid as more and more corporations, companies, and businesses demand or force customers or employees to give up their own personal rights in order to sustain their lives with their products or services.

The credibility and integrity of the left/dems has tanked and sunk to such low levels that now when anything is said or done by them you know for certain it is for evil and the destruction of the American citizen or the nation.
