I am fairly new to USA Life so I have very few contacts however, I am asking everyone who is registered as a Rep or a Dem to change their registration to Unaffiliated. The politicians need to know we put them in office and we can vote them out. If they don't work for us then they don't stay in office. Being unaffiliated means you can vote in either primary so you can actually vote against a candidate you don't like by voting one running against them and is less likely to win in the general election. It will work. In NC you can change your voter registration online.
The RNC sent me my Republican Card yesterday so I sent it back using their prepaid envelope with a note telling them I was no longer a registered Republican.
Our forefathers were so much more aware than the current leads of this country. They have no idea of the damage they are doing to this country by increasing the National Debt hand over fist. They hope to make as many as they can, if not all, totally dependent on what they will give them.
Since the majority of the Republican Party has left us out to dry maybe it is time to leave them. If you live in NC go and change your voter affiliation to Unaffiliated and let the Republican party know we do not appreciate how they have abandoned us. By changing to Unaffiliated you will be able to vote in either the Republican primary or the Democratic primary. If there is a Democrat that we really do not like we can vote against them before they can get to the General election. In the Primary elections, it is all one-party voting against each other but in the general election that party bans together to vote for a person, even if they voted against them in the primary. We have to find a way to get the long time politicians to show them we are sick of their crap!
