From Prime Time with God:

Dear Lord God,

Thank You for bringing Your peace to my heart and my mind today.

Please help me to live in your peace...

Be anxious for nothing,
but in everything by prayer and supplication,
with thanksgiving,
let your requests be made known to God;
and the peace of God,
which surpasses all understanding,
will guard your hearts and minds
through Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7
I pray that You would help me be a peacemaker in my family and community...and even in the world.

Help me to live in harmony with my friends and loved ones...and with my Christian family as well.

Please forgive me for when I fail to be a peacemaker.

Help me to see things through Your eyes so that I can better understand where others are coming from.

Help me to see things through Your eyes so that I can handle situations with Your wisdom and understanding.

Please help me to think before I speak and to pray before I act.

May Your will be done through me today.

In Jesus' name I pray.

From Prime Time with God:

Dear Lord God,

So often I look at what people are going through and I feel sad and sorry for them.

And when I’m going through tough times, I often become upset about it.

But when I look at the story Joseph in the Old Testament and the betrayals and trials that he went through; and when I see how You led him through it all, I understand that You also have a plan for me in all that happens. Genesis 37+

If Joseph had not been put in that pit by his brothers, then sold into slavery, then wrongly accused and taken to prison, he would not have been in the position to save his family, the children of Israel, and the people of Egypt as well as people from around the world.

Lord, please help me to remember Joseph and his story when I’m in the midst of troubles which I don’t understand.

I pray that my life will be a “Joseph life,” accomplishing Your purpose through hard times and good times.

Please do what is necessary to use my life for Your eternal Kingdom and glory.

In Jesus’ name I pray,

Dear God,

Please Search me and Know me...

Search me, O God, and know my heart;
Try me, and know my anxieties;
And see if there is any wicked way in me,
And lead me in the way everlasting.

Please help me to not be anxious and to put my full trust in You...

Please show me where I am wrong so that I can confess and correct those areas of my life.

Please give me the wisdom, courage and conviction to repent and to always do what is right in Your sight.

Please lead me in Your way everlasting.

Dear Father God,

This is the day that You have made and I will rejoice and be glad in it. Psalms 118:24

May I see all the good that You accomplish around me all day long.

I do not want to focus on anything negative, but on what is from You...

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true,
whatever things are noble,
whatever things are just,
whatever things are pure,
whatever things are lovely,
whatever things are of good report,
if there is any virtue
and if there is anything praiseworthy
—meditate on these things.
Philippians 4:8

Please help me to meditate on all of Your blessings today, my Lord.

I pray that today, all that I think, do, and say will be positive and pleasing to You.

Let me encourage others today.

Let me glorify You and be in Your will at all times.

Thank You for the power that You give to me through Your Holy Spirit, so that I might live as You desire.

Dear Lord Jesus,

Please be with me today.

I want to draw near to you and I humbly ask you to draw near to me (James 4:8a)

I ask You for wisdom for all of my conversations, all of my relationships, all of my endeavors, every area of my life...

If any of you lacks wisdom,
let him ask of God,
who gives to all liberally and without reproach,
and it will be given to him.
James 1:5
I desire to rely completely on You.

Please change my selfish dreams into Your holy dreams.

May I pursue goals that are according to Your plans for my life.

May Your desires for me become my desires.

May You be my All in All, today and forever.
