Getting some basics done today - dehydrating and homemade bread. The little spice jar is our lacto-fermented Cayenne, ginger, garlic, and onion blend. I dehydrated it at a low temperature to keep it a living food, then ground it up. It is super spicy and delicious. Perfect for a sprinkling on rice or using in a curry or stir fry. #homesteading
