Imagine that, having a Conservative view gets ya restricted until after inaurgeration!!!!
Heading out to my Physical Therapy today.... I had hip replacement 2 months ago and getting stronger each and every day...I am working up to getting my longer walks in again...
Love to have new friends to encourage one another...
As we work to get a better, healthier body, we can get discouraged along the way....what do you do to keep yourself on track for success?
