How sad . This young man was cleaning graffiti off walls and guarding a car lot from being destroyed when he was attacked. And yes, he was legally open carrying. Look up the laws! He tried to run, was knocked down, kicked and hit in the head, a thug pulled a gun on him. He was, as you and I would have been, in fear for his life. He only defended himself against those who were attacking him. He did not just shoot at random! A clear case of self defense.
