So, my personal theory on the Russia collusion/obstruction misfire has been that it was originally designed to be aimed at Hillary once she won the presidency.
Clearly, the whole thing was orchestrated and executed by Obama's handlers, through 0 himself and their allies in the CIA, FBI, etc. They hate the Clintons, because they are opportunists, not true believers. Hillary would not extend 0's legacy, it is unimportant to her except whenever leveraging it might have funneled more money into the Clinton Foundation. In order to secure and extend the agenda of 0's handlers, they needed to de-legitimize Hillary's presidency and install their own replacement. Her vice was actually a good candidate to continue the legacy--a true believer.
And the silly accusation that Trump was colluding with Russians actually carries much more legitimate weight when tossed Hillary's way. After all, she sold them all that uranium, they've funneled plenty of money her way in the past. And, those bugs in the White House would have picked up some awesome dirt if the dirty, dirty Clintons were kicking around in there instead of boring ol' Donald. Thinking they were playing on the same team as 0 and friends, would they have ever thought to check for bugs??
How much better would Michelle be, though? She knows the handlers, she thinks like they do, she actually understands what the plans are. 0 himself supposedly barely understood what was happening around him. Michelle would be 0 on steroids.
Anyway, what Tucker is saying might actually carry some real weight.
