Fri-Sun, April 9-11: Overnight weekend training at Bald Mountain Rustic Cabin. Medevacs, movement to contact, team patrols, etc. Rec Passport needed to enter. Overnight stay is not required, if you want to just show up Saturday around 9AM. There may be chilli involved.

I don't have (insert piece of gear here), should I still come to training?

Absolutely, yes. Unless the gear is critical to your survival, such as a sleeping bag for winter, feel free to come and participate, or just observe.

Just showing up is a really good way to learn what type of gear we carry, what does and does not work, and why.

May I qualify with a pistol caliber carbine?

You may certainly try. A carbine is technically a rifle.

May I qualify with an AR pistol or something similar?

You may try. It is unlikely, though not impossible, that an unbraced pistol will hit accurately at 100 yards, so we would prefer pistols with a stabilizing brace.
