Chauncey DeVega of Salon says “Too many Americans love guns more than they do other human beings.” If you love human beings and freedom, then you can love guns too. That is why the 2A says that owning (keeping) and using (bearing) arms is necessary for the “…security of the free State…” On the other hand, if you don’t love people and want them to be ruled over… then you want to take away people’s ability to implement a free State and protect themselves. Chauncey is either an idiot, an authoritarian, or both. I’ll let you decide.

If you are looking for the most moronic argument against the Constitution and America, look no further than this CNN article by Zachary Wolf. This article demonstrates the author’s profound ignorance of Constitutional principles. And the fact that CNN published this anti-American garbage either shows their editing process is broken, or that they agree with the idiocy. I am sure it is the latter.

I think this whole 2A debate is too narrowly focused. Why are States only standing up to infringements on 2A rights? Why are they not taking the position that they will aggressively oppose any Federal overstep of any kind? Taking that position will already keep the States’ Attorneys General fully employed for a long time. So don’t just fight 2A infringements... fight them ALL!
