In the Beginning was the Word

This is a quick but fascinating sidelite on one word. A word that is very important yet unimportant.
This word is used over 12,000 times in the Bible from the original Hebrew.
In a few of those instances, it is translated “with”, but in the majority of the cases it is skipped.
Strongs Hebrew reference says that in English, it is an undefined concept, in other cases it may have various meanings based on the subscript notations which tell you what translation of it to use.
Two issues here:
1. The subscript notations defining the “proper” translation of the word were added by the Hebrew scholars much later, even fairly recently.
2. The true translation, where one word only stands for one thing, has been ignored.
This word, where it is used, in every instance only means one thing, it is the verb “to join”. Strongs translation of “with” is close, but it does not fit every appearance of the word, so using the true translation rules, it is not the correct definition, as that must work 100% of the time.
Right off the bat, this word is skipped being translated in most translations today.
Why?
The very first example is right there in the first line of Genesis.

** Remember to read Hebrew right to left !! The “(1.” is where the verse starts.
Our version, as most of us know, says “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth”.
The actual translation comes out something like this:
v1. To chronicle, to produce, to begin, Originators, to join the celestial’s and to join, the (planet) Earth.
In the Hebrew English Bible this use of “to join” has been left blank. Why? Because it makes the verse say something different than what we have been taught.
Our translation basically says that God created everything at one time, and in the next 7 days, he created everything on Earth.
Instead we read that the Earth was “joined” to the galaxy and the heavenly bodies. After it was joined, the Moon was brought in and paired to the Earth, and the orbit of the Earth now with its moon was then established in the “habitable zone” around the sun (which the texts say had “gone out”, so the sun had to be reignited).
This translation, which I believe to be accurate (for reasons given here ) , says that this is a chronicle of when the Earth was joined to the galaxy (the “celestial’s”) by the “Originators” (the archangels of Creator). One angel was in charge of “pairing” the Earth with the Sun and with the Moon, care to take any guesses on that one? Lucifer means “light bringer” in Latin. This angel was also the head, or “Job Foreman” of the “Originators” group. Would this not mean he was also the head angel of the “Holy Council”?
Now we get a hint of the revolt.
If Lucifer was indeed an archangel, he would have been a high ranking member of the “Holy Council”, or a “Watcher” as described in the Book of Daniel. These are the “Originators” we are reading about here in Genesis.
What this translation says, is that under the direction of Creator, the Originators carried out the construction of the Earth, in accordance with existing plans provided by Creator.
And power got to one of the Originators, one of the most powerful archangels. Remember, Satan has access to the court of God (for now), where he accuses believers “night and day”.
The account of the Fall in Genesis in this SDH translation seems to say that the “light bringer”, or “Job Foreman” actually wanted this created world for himself. He wanted to exterminate the “Adam” creature from the Earth, and take the planet for himself. Others soon joined him. His plan to deceive the female “Adam” worked, and they were removed from the Garden and cast outside, their disobedience enslaved them to their new master, this angel the translation calls “Nakhash”.
But God already had a plan (several actually) to remove the contaminated beings from the Earth (the Flood), to create a nation (Israel), to send himself as an avatar (Jesus) to ransom us from Nakhash, and free us from his enslavement.
The Fall wasn’t just about the “Adams”, it was a coup attempt against God.
