If you want the Legislative Branch in order
If the American citizens wants Term Limits on the Legislative branch, then we need millions of Americans to do it as a write in in November 3rd's election. And if true American Patriot news reporters would get it out, then everyone will be informed of putting Term Limits on the Legislative Branch by a write in vote and they will have to count them write in votes. But sadly, I don't think none of them will say anything about it. And as long as it isn't reported that we are going to do this they will not count the votes.

1 Shall we impose Term Limits upon the Legislative Branch of the United States Government?
2 Shall we set a number of 4 terms to be this limit?
3 Shall anyone in Congress start these Term Limits after this vote?

These are the first four pages of a lawsuit that I filed to get the citizens to vote on issues that faced the Nation in 2007, I sought the vote for the November 2008 election. But when it is one person not much can you do, but had we done it we could have had Term Limits on the Legislative Branch from than, which was a question in this suit along with who would control the Government's pay, them or us. But that is in the past now even today no one is even ready to do anything as well like back then.
