We had to go to Lowe's for an item to fix the kitchen sink that still isn't fixed yet. I hope dad will get that last bit settled and we can finally begin to use the kitchen sink again.
And, we met up with a SDiT Team. The male handler said the puppy is a five month old, male, Am. Bully. The puppy was very curious of us and air-scented at us as we were in the checkout aisle.
Zeke ignored the puppy almost entirely, just needed a reminder when he did notice them. He quickly did as told and the cashier was impressed with Zeke.
I asked the guy to please find me on FB and I'd send him the FB group's link so he can learn more things. ? Wrote down my name on a scrap of paper for him to look for. I hope he will look for me and so on; I just want to help him have the very best chance of teaming-up with this puppy as possible. I'll also give him this link.
I asked the handler for permission to get a photo for this group, he said it was ok. ? Never ever take photos without the handler's permission, in case they are trying to escape from and stay away from a bad situation / person.
As we were talking, I noticed someone walk by with a Doberman Pinscher in a heel and that dog noticed us but was quickly corrected. No idea if it was a SDiT, SD, or just a local dog trainer just working on teaching the dog somewhat better manners.
Still, it was good to see an SDiT Team and I hope the guy does find us soon so he can learn more, and maybe, we can go out on errands together so our dogs both learn / re-learn / sharpen skills ? He was such a polite guy and about my dad's age. I want to help them as much as I can.
