Inspired by the popular marshmallow candy, the Easter Peeps Cookies are shaped like chicks and bunnies and decorated with pastel tints of royal icing and sugar. They make great basket stuffers for the kids! Or, for a religious celebration, the Resurrection Day Cookies feature an uplifting Christian theme. Round-shaped cookies are decorated with the words "He is Risen" or a depiction of the crosses on Calvary, and cross-shaped cookies bear icing and candy sprinkles.
