The taliban, isis and hamas are a superstitious lot (followers of allah). If we would send in a brigade of female soldiers, they would run away like scared rabbits!! They believe that if they are killed by a woman, they will not enter paradise!!!
Most of the catch an release never show up in court. They are felons and felons are normally put in a holding cell until court date. Utilize FEMA camps a holding cell. This would eliminate the criminals roaming our streets.
