Rebuilding it and holding the VA accountable for their treatment of veterans, plus the Choice program that allows them to get medical treatment outside the VA. As was reported: I have heard that at one time he claimed to have served with the Marine Corps in Vietnam, but I have never found any substantiation of such an event.
Mr. Biden never served in the military. He received 5 draft deferments during the Vietnam War. So, I would not tread there you bunch of Communist Thugs.
