Thank you for responding to my account appeal for audit only at this time and not for it to be unlocked.

X should again have no difficulty preparing an itinerant sheet with @NKRicchiuti4 deficiencies and allow me to address each one along with whose authority it suspended and or who made any complaints.

I have received your reply by e-mail reguarding my account suspension @NKRicchiuti4 have not asked for my account to be restored but to be audited.

"...or why you don’t believe you violated the X Rules. "

X will have no problem presenting an itinerary of "multiple or repeat violations" and if not, then my suspension is unwarrented and would have difficulty passing ethics at Hughes Aircraft Co.

As an interesting note. It has dawned on me after the suspension of my X account of @NKRicchiuti4 that X left it in a READ ONLY MODE? Why ?

Could it be that X is using SUSPENDED ACCOUNTS in it's advertising metrics. Giving Show Hosts on X inflated numbers that their audience is actually smaller than reported? That is fraud!

X Support,

As I requested an AUDIT for my X account to identify and delineate which X rules were broken and how they were broken, I am taking time to point out some interesting irregularities in X suspension of @NKRicchiuti4.

1.) My account can still be logged in to and issues an e-mail security alert?
Strange for a suspended account.

2.) X form for case appeal is still open and operating.

3.) My account is hidden from public view but I can still show my account to anyone using a laptop or smartphone.

4.) Suspension of any X account isn't being made public for instructional purposes of what not to post?

I have received your response from my appeal of case @NKRicchiuti4 and object to X's lack of audit of my account with specificity to delineate and identify how my account broke X rules and which ones.

Your report says "due to multiple or repeat violations"?...of which rules?

If X cannot identify "multiple or repeat violations" then there are none.

I eagerly await your response.
