We affirm to preserve and protect our state Constitution, and rights to Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness.
The People of Colorado have appealed to the governor, the Executive branch, and majority leadership of the State Legislature; however, these appeals have been made in vain. We therefore conclude the governor and all enjoined by him; and to include, but not limited to, the Lt. Governor, Secretary of State, State Treasurer, State Attorney General, and majority leadership of the State Legislature as complicit in having imposed such tyrannical and oppressive actions for the purpose of the destruction of Coloradoans’ rights to Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness.
