Since the late 1970s, Dr. Fischer has been working tirelessly to ensure America stays free and strong.
The situation in America has been upsetting for many people in our country. That is why Dr. Fischer wrote in this letter, addressing these issues. He wants the American people to know that the American Security Council Foundation will stand to help end these problems and protect the values that we cherish. We will do this, as we always have, by promoting Peace Through Strength. We helped President Reagan end the Cold War and we will help this time around to win the Culture War and against China.
