If you want to apply for your CWL in Florida, you will need to take at a minimum a Firearms Safety Course.
We do offer these courses for individuals or groups.
You will go through a presentation for up to 2 hours and after the presentation, we will go to the range where you will have to demonstrate proficiency in handling your firearm and gun safety. What does that mean? You will have to demonstrate that you can load, discharge, and secure your firearm all while staying within the range safety guidelines as well as general firearms safety guidelines.
All you need to bring to the class is your firearm you intend to carry plus 25 rounds of ammo unless you want to stay longer at the range, then bring as much ammo as you want.
Once you passed the course, you will receive a certificate of completion from us with all the necessary paperwork to apply for your license.
