Trump was not a politician. He was conservative which required him to run as a Republican. Pence, on the other hand is a Professional Politician and a bad one a that. His bailing on Trump indicates to me he is/was nothing than a Democrat disguised as a Republican. Trump would have been better off had his VP selection not been a career politician.
