Glad
Psalm 32:11a (NIV) - Rejoice in the Lord and be glad,
Christians experience gladness. Not a little gladness but a boatload. Our gladness meter is through the roof. And we are glad for lots of reasons.
We are glad because we are loved by God. Outrageously loved. Absolutely accepted.
We are glad because our sins are forgiven. Covered. Blown away.
We are glad because God hears our prayers. The Creator of the universe listens to us.
We are glad, I am glad, because we love one another. We are family. We will never be alone.
Rejoice in the Lord! And be glad. Amen.
