Would we not say that the toddler that picks up a crayon and draws on the wall that it's the toddler? Or when a mechanic picks up a wrench a turns a bolt that the mechanic is doing the task?
So, why do we not blame the crayon? Or the wrench? But we blame the gun when a human picks it up and decides to shoot other humans! With logic, we should let the human go and put the gun in jail! Yet we do not! There's no logic, it's all based on removal of Freedom and the gaining of power! The power to remove our freedom so that we'll have no way to object!
