The 9th Circus Court today decided to once again throw out the Constitution and gave their opinion that states can restrict gun carry in public. It's almost as if the 2nd Amendment doesn't say "shall not be infringed" and as if the Supremacy Clause doesn't exist. But hey, I'm just some guy... (some guy who can read basic English).
