STATUS ON CALTRANS CMS SIGNS
Please let me know if you see any kbit signs on the freeway. I wrote them this yesterday:

I just drove from Chula Vista to above Bakersfield and did not see any COVID related signs.
Please confirm that Caltrans issued an order to stop such announcement and provide me a copy of such email(s).
Further, please advise if Caltrans will notify cities and counties to stop such use of portable CMS signs.
If my request and demand will be ignored by your department, please advise under what authority so I can proceed accordingly.
If you are unable to respond, please have you supervisor do so or provide me his/her name and email so I can communicate with them directly.
