At the first passover, over 250,000 lambs were sacrificed to protect the Children of Israel from the punishment of sin, for only one night.
But today we celebrate that Jesus Christ became the perfect Sacrifice for all of mankind that will accept Him, and what He did.
Today we celibrate that He not only died for us, but came out of the grave, and because of His mighty power, He brought all the Old Testament saints with Him, to take them to Heaven with Him.
Rejoice all ye people for HE IS ALIVE.
