Although this is a tragedy that shouldn't have happened, how many more times do we have to remind people that the majority of deaths at the hands of police officers, were legitimate defensive , or rarely, as in THIS case, accidental, would have NEVER occurred if the suspect DID NOT RESIST ARREST, or in many cases, ATTACKING THE OFFICER, AND/OR BRANDISHING A WEAPON. Common Sense . . . Not rocket Science!
