This is why, in the real world of facts and logic, I am opposed to putting females into police positions where they are likely to have physical confrontations with big, strong men: Too often they will go for their gun as a first line of defense precisely because they are physically intimidated. This kind of trendy BS "equality" is bad for both men and women, and society as a whole. There are tons of other police jobs (including Chief of Police) which women are every bit as capable and qualified as male cops.
