In the last couple of months, Sony was accelerated in the last few years with its newly formed PlayStation Productions. The company is currently engaged in D2R Ladder Items at least seven well-known projects, some of which are way beyond the beginning stages of being just a sketch on whiteboards.
Some of these have already been shot, others are currently preparing to shoot while others are working on scripts and you'll get the picture. In all likelihood, PlayStation is actually very determined about this endeavor, something that can't be said for a variety of other studios trying to bring video games into their own.
PlayStation Productions released its first project with uncharted. Uncharted. It is a film adaptation Naughty Dog's most loved title has been in works for over a decade, exchanging hands with a variety of writers, directors, and actors.
The film's finale ended featuring Tom Holland in the role of Nathan Drake and although the film didn't do well with critics, it brought in plenty of cash at the box-office and sets up the possibility of a sequel. It's likely that more live action Nathan Drake adventures are on the way in the near future. A possible Uncharted sequel isn't the sole task on Sony's list however.
