Espresso forces hot water through tightly packed grounds using 9-10 bars of pressure to create a small, concentrated shot. Moka pots also use steam pressure in a stovetop percolator. Cold brew steeps grounds in room temperature or cold water for 12-24 hours to extract less acidity for a smoother flavor. Turkish/Greek methods brew caffeine grounds directly in a cezve/briki pot.
