Daily blessings and prayers from Scripture.

1 Corinthians 7:31 This world in its present form is passing away.

Luke 6:38 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap; for the measure you give will be the measure you get back.

John 8:12 Jesus said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

Matthew 5:16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

Isaiah 58:11 And the LORD will continually guide you, and satisfy your desire in scorched places, and give strength to your bones; And you will be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water whose waters do not fail.

Romans 8:13 For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.

May you do what is right in the eyes of the Lord, by opening the doors of your heart and removing the defilement that always accumulates when focus is taken off the Lord for any time – the lamps go out, incense is not burnt and no sacrifice of praise is offered. 2 Chronicles 29

May you not be negligent to consecrate yourself for the Lord has chosen you to stand before Him and serve. 2 Chronicles 29

May you accept him whose faith is weak, without passing judgment on disputable matters, for God has accepted him and is able to make him stand. Romans 14

May you be fully persuaded in your own mind, practicing your faith unto God, giving thanks to the Lord, for you belong to the Lord. Romans 14

It is from My Word that you learn of Me, My child, but it is in My Spirit that you experience Me. My Word is the true measuring line against which your experiences are checked; My Spirit is what brings life and gives understanding to what you have learned.
Though you read about the battles fought in war, you are not prepared to participate until you have been trained. You must practice putting on the armor I provide you, My warrior-in-training. Every day you must practice it until it is normal to do, until you feel you are missing something if one part is left out. You must adjust your schedule to include what is needed. This is the discipline that I walk you through, this is the giving I call you to, this is the heart I create in you.
As you read My Word daily, My dear one, you are putting on the belt of truth, learning to accurately handle My word.
As you maintain your daily right standing with Me through confession and repentance, obedience and service, you are able to strap on the front-piece of My righteousness.
By bringing all issues to Me in supplication, with thanksgiving, and casting your cares on Me, My peace which passes all understanding will give you the stability you need to stand as your feet are fitted with the gospel of peace.
When you pray My word back to Me in faith, quoting, and depending on, My promises, you are learning to use My shield of faith against the fiery darts of the enemy.
Maintaining a watch against distracting thoughts and casting down imaginations that speculate against the truth of God is the discipline of the helmet of salvation, allowing you to be sober and vigilant.
Knowing that My Word is near you, even in your mouth, to speak My truth against the lies of the world, the flesh, and the devil, will allow Me to train you in the discipline of using the sword of the spirit. Your fight is not against people who rub you the wrong way, but against spiritual wickedness and darkness in high places so that the strongholds and fortresses which have held sway for so long may be pulled down, the captives set free, and My light dispel the darkness.
Learn by doing, My precious one, for My Spirit is with you to guide you into all truth, and My Word is in your heart to keep you on the path. Be strong, and of good courage; fear not, for I am with you.

May you be careful to no longer pass judgment on others, for the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit because anyone who serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and approved by men. Romans 14

May you make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification, not destroying the work of God for the sake of tradition or custom, keeping whatever you believe about these things between yourself and God, for everything that does not come from faith is sin. Romans 14

May you seek God's face with clean hands and a pure heart, not lifting your soul to an idol or swearing by what is false, for thus you may ascend the hill of the Lord and stand in His holy place, receiving blessing from the Lord and vindication from God your Savior. Psalm 24

May you lift up your head as the King of Glory comes in, strong and mighty, valiant in battle; the Lord Almighty – He is the King of Glory! Psalm 24

May you know that the Lord, Who has made ears to hear and eyes to see, will not fail to hear your prayer or to see your heart, and will answer your cry, for His arm is not shortened nor His strength diminished, but He will accomplish what He desires for you. Proverbs 20:12
