In the manual, it advises to take plenty of prayer pots. Is this really necessary? Do I have to do this? I'd rather not get it if I don't have... The entire reason for having Prosylete is the prayer bonus. If you don't intend to employ it, do not use the Prosylete. I would recommend carrying 10 Prayer potion to last around 20 dragons, if not more. it does it for me.

Which ones worth it Which ones are worth it? full 357k str or void and do i need the void mace or deflector? Because i've heard that I'll need all of the set to work with it?

Dragon boots are probably the best thing to RS 3 Gold wear with that setup, since they're melee. I'd suggest buying Barrows gloves over a Regen though. It's all good, except perhaps the DFS, although I'd need more details on the things you're planning to do using this set-up. I'm right now Training Slayer. Never had bosses before. Hoping to boss soon.
