I'd definitely recommend taking the Fremminik Quests. They're fun as well as supplying you with the Neitiznot Helmet which is probably one of OSRS gold the top helmets available in game. Furthermore, given that you've got 1mil in your budget, I'd suggest doing Barbarian Assault. You can get your hands on the Fighter Torso. It's free and gives you great strength bonuses , and it looks decent.

For your weapon I would prefer a whip and/or a Dragon Scimitar. Monkey Madness is needed for the Dragon Scimmy and it does take a while but it's definitely worth it when you train to build strength. Whip on the other hand is an excellent choice for attack and defense.

Dragon Defender is good (once you FINALLY get it). Also , for a great pair of gloves I recommend using RFD to get Dragon/Barrows gloves. Heck , even Mithril gloves can be excellent. To get them you need to follow the Recipe for Disaster, and I highly recommend doing it at the top of your ability...

I am constantly asking the same question. Imo, slayer is no far from the level it was in the past (just saw what happened to whips). The abby demons were camping with 75 to 125 kills only for the possibility of a 900k-1.5mil drop?? If you were to drop 3mil, the experience will be different.

Bought claws, lent at 1 mil each and sold. As armour and weapons are often in a perpetual spiral down, its good to fire cape osrs buy do things like that.
