Good morning Warriors!! Today, Tuesday and Wednesday, The Battle is REAL presents its 3-part series entitled, Korah’s Coup. This series from Numbers 16:1-7, is about the consequences of personal rebellion, joining others’ rebellion and falsely accusing God’s chosen.
If you're in the habit of using the phrase “I decree and declare,” better make sure WHAT YOU ARE DECLARING IS THE WORD OF GOD and nothing less. The Enemy responds to nothing else. Plus, our words don’t have power behind them AS GOD’S WORD DOES. God does not want us declaring and decreeing our own words. TRUE POWER AND TRUTH ARE CONTAINED IN GOD’S WORD ONLY . . . and that is the only thing that renders the Enemy defense-LESS and power-LESS.
It is heartbreaking to see some of the memes posted in FB Christian groups. “God is going to give you a breakthrough tomorrow – just type AMEN.” That is the kind of statement that is unsupported scripturally. If you declare something other than God’s Word, it is nothing less than Witchcraft and it will have no effect on the Enemy whatsoever. Know and understand the INHERENT POWER of God's Word and use it accordingly. It is both a defensive and offensive spiritual weapon.
Note that Jesus not only quoted the Word of God to the Enemy (see John 14:15, 21-24) but HE OBEYED IT! You cannot have one without the other Warriors!
Do we truly have FEAR of the LORD? Or have we been so deceived and worn down by the Enemy that we don't ever consider what God must think about the things that we "go ahead" and so -- even though He calls it SIN. God does not call SIN a "mistake." God does not understand or consider it okay for us to blatantly sin. How far have we fallen?
Deuteronomy 17:6 “At the mouth of two witnesses, or three witnesses, shall he that is worthy of death be put to death; but at the mouth of one witness he shall not be put to death.”
Deuteronomy 19:15 “One witness shall not rise up against a man for ANY INIQUITY, or for ANY SIN, in any sin that he sins: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.”
Matthew 18:16 “But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.”
2 Corinthians 13:1 “This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.”
When we share testimony of someone (even a news reporting agency) that we do not know "for a fact" that it is true or not, we are spreading false testimony and ARE GUILTY OF IT OURSELVES. Beware Warriors. This is considered an ABOMINATION to God (Proverbs 6:19) -- which is EXTREME HATRED. Whether you "feel" as if it is a sin or not, God says IT IS. I encourage each one of us to stop doing this -- especially in tearing down another sister/brother in Christ. We are supposed to be "all about" pleasing and obeying God. Amen.
