There are those who claim there is a problem and those who solve problems. And the bunch of nuts clamoring about "social justice" should consider it there duty to help the cause.

#maga THE FILIBUSTER BELONGS TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.
Again the Dems are jaw boning and complaining about the filibuster AND OF COURSE WHEN LOSING ON MERIT THEY PULL OUT THE RACE CARD. But wait, what they hide in the dark........
1922 - the U.S. House passed an anti-lynching bill introduced by Rep. Leonidas Dyer, a Missouri Republican and civil rights activist; the bill failed because of filibuster led by Southern Democrats.
1935 - Congress tried again to pass anti-lynching legislation, but Sen. Richard Russell Jr., a Georgia Democrat, held a six-day filibuster to oppose it; Russell's own words, "willing to go as far and make as great a sacrifice to preserve and insure white supremacy in the social, economic, and political life of our state as any man who lives within her borders."
1940's - Democrats of the South prevented debate over the civil rights proposals introduced by President Harry Truman.
1960's - Civil Rights Act of 1964 filibustered by a group of Southern senators. Leading the effort was Senator Russell. This lasted 64 days.
When Democrat LOUD MOUTHS speak about the filibuster being racist, THEY HAVE TO LOOK INTO THE MIRROR. MSM should call the DEMS out on the party history of using the filibuster for civil rights legislation. Actually, any talk by the Dems on racism should start with the fact that while they did NOT start the KKK, the interests of both groups were aligned with the demise of blacks, a fact supported by historical records.
So now jump to the filibuster record for 2020. Senate Democrats were in the minority and used the filibuster 327 times, while the Republicans used it once. Further check the record of percentage of Senate bills that have been passed from the early 1900's to present day. We have gone from double digits to single digits. Perhaps the political divide in America has never been greater than today. Yes, the filibuster has been attacked as the reason few bills get passed in the Senate, but the quest for power has also never been greater.
The filibuster is a tool and no, the tool is not the problem but rather those WHO UNWISELY USE IT. Of course if your attempt to ram rod an agenda through Congress is thwarted by the filibuster you would want it to be eliminated - timing is everything in politics.
The filibuster belongs to the AMERICAN PEOPLE. If ANY legislation is going to so broadly impact and so broadly change life in AMERICA, it should have a SUPER MAJORITY vote in the Congress. But that begs the question - Do members of Congress truly represent their CONSTITUENTS or the interest of "the others"?

#trump This is the way the LEFTIST Dems roll. Their ideology includes THREATS & BLACKMAIL. Their mantra - "if we don't get what we want or agree with you, we will retaliate, substitute, cancel or outlaw UNTIL WE DO."
So this is a call for ALL CONSERVATIVES to meet FIRE WITH FIRE. Don't attend, watch or support ANYTHING MLB. Conservatives are an ECONOMIC FORCE worth billions.
Let's see just how MLB likes it when the DOLLARS dwindle (and they will).
Are you in or will you affirm the DEMS strong arm? https://www.thegatewaypundit.c....om/2021/04/barack-ob
#trump It doesn't get any better than this. A minion Dem, known as Brain Dead Pete can't even be genuine in his words & actions....https://www.thegatewaypundit.c....om/2021/04/wow-bs-ca
